How to easily check who Unfollowed you on twitter.

Anyone who knows twitter would tell you the fun is in the quality / Quantity of followers and people following you, without that good mix it gets boring fast as there might not be interesting conversations to joins or reply to (RT).

Some make it a policy to follow only people who follow them back, fair deal you would say. Others just follow without expecting to be followed back regardless of the importance, respect, celeb status that is attributed to having lots of followers.

Twitter sends email alerts when you get a new follower but they fail to send alerts when you loose a follower - this is a major flaw that people are asking to be corrected but might never happen.

So you follow someone who is following back and for some reason you don't like their tweets, it's too much (Flood), annoying, Always X-rated or just full of spam links - the proper thing to do would be unfollowing them (silently).

People follow you and the next thing they tweet is "Now Following @Ngbuzz pls #FollowBack" hoping you will follow them back when you see the mention. So I have to ask - why don't they also send a mention saying "Now UNFOLLOWED @Ngbuzz pls Unfollow back!!!"

Easy Fix
Since developers are allowed to create applications that can access your twitter account with your permission, a few have come up with this nice way of checking who UNFOLLOWED you recently and who is not following you back. If you're not a celebrity I want to keep tabs on, why would I be interested in your tweets when you're not interested in mine?

There are many of such applications but we use http://www.who.unfollowed.me/ and manageflitter.com which gains access to your twitter account when you login with your twitter account and shows who is not following you and who unfollowed you recently.

Readers who are not on twitter would not understand all this follow / unfollow jargon. We recommend you join and follow Us on twitter
