One-Click E-mail Access from Desktop with Mozilla Thunderbird + other features

The most common use of the internet is for electronic mail services (sending and receiving e-mails) - this is the truth despite recent surge in social networking usage.

To access your E-mail account (everybody has one), you would have to visit the E-mail service providers’ website (Gmail.com, Yahoomail.com, Hotmail.com etc) using a web browser (Firefox) and enter your log-in details.

The previous paragraph depicts how over 90% of email users access their mail. Makes you wonder – how do the other 10% of email users access their messages?

Yeah – I’ve used Outlook for a while and liked it - then I met Mozilla Thunderbird! And fell in Love with it.

This post is not meant to compare E-mail clients – Rather it’s an introduction to Mozilla Thunderbird and a recommendation that you try it.
