My Formatting Battle with a Mini-Laptop without CD/DVD Drive (Other Options)

Mini laptops are cute, extra portable, adorable and girly  - They're perfect for basic PC users and can run your favorite MS office applications, email, web browsing, Multimedia, Chat messengers etc.
They often come equipped with the basics: wireless network, Bluetooth, 2GB RAM, 200GB HDD <-- Estimates --> but lack one very important piece of hardware " CD / DVD Drive "

I recently came in contact with one and had a "formatting battle" with it.(Trying different ways to format a PC).
It's worth documenting and might help someone in the future who has the same problem. (System Engineers or Ordinary PC users with some PC formatting knowledge)

I know the term "format" in Geektionary means wiping a storage device clean - But for the sake of this Post, Format will mean the process of reloading an Operating system of a computer.

Problem: Several situations might warrant the formatting of your mini-laptop.
Irreparable Virus attack, corrupt OS, are some of them. It's a real Pain when It wont even Boot so you cant Backup your important files.

Available formatting options for Mini-Laptop without CD / DVD Drive
Here are easy and Not-so-easy methods often used to format Mini-laptops

• External CD / DVD Drive: There's a Reason why this tops the list - It's the easiest method that will solve this problem. Most owners of Mini-laptop buy External CD/DVD Drives to play Movies, Music etc.

  This Piece of hardware price ranges from 5,000 to 15,000 Naira (depends on the Brand and quality).
• Formatting Via USB Flash Drive: This process requires you to Prepare a USB Flash Drive of about 2 to 4GB and copy the Microsoft Windows Operating system Into the Flash Drive. -
  NOTE: The preparation and Copying process is done on another working computer before the Flash Drive can be used to format Your Mini-laptop. There are softwares and command line (CLI) Instructions/ Tutorials which you MUST follow when preparing the Bootable Flash. (I'm yet to write about this So i'll have to refer y'all to Google.com to get instructions on how to do this.)
• Formatting Your Mini-Laptop hard Disk on Another Laptop: Unfortunately, This is the Option i had to use to Win the Format Battle with the Mini-Laptop, since i didn't have an External CD/DVD Drive at that time.
  It is not so Difficult :p - And don't worry; You won't damage anything.

  Using this Option requires that you remove your Mini-laptop Hard-Disk Drive, Place it into a different compatible Laptop/PC (Using SATA) and format using the Laptop/PC's Internal CD/DVD Drive.
  When format is complete, Insert the Hard Disk into your Mini-laptop. Pray Before you Boot lol
  NOTE: Use correct Screw Driver Sizes when removing your Hard Drive and observe all safety precautions.
