This post clearly explains in 3 steps how I got free 3 months. You need to have a blog.

You can also pay them directly or via resellers . They accept liberty reserve payments.

I don't think your application will be approved if you do that, because i have already used this blog.

i i use MTN and I subscribe for the 1month premium subscription,i only enjoyed it for three days after which i started experience problem of connection to the server, the pd proxy software will just display this message "
Initializing Engine...

Connecting to defined UDP Port: 500" this message will stay just like that without connecting. my server protocol is Lithuania(LT) UDP

MTN BIS plus PD Proxy settings for unlimited browsing and downloading.
1.Load N1,500,send BBC to 21600
2.Set your APN as blackberry.net
3.Register at PDproxy.com,download the software and pay $5 with LR to upgrade your account to premium
3.Open the software and select your country as Moscow. Change UDP to ICMP and clcik on connect.

I think the problem is you used UDP instead of ICMP. Also make sure you have the latest Version of PD-Proxy software, Downdload from their website.

Try this and let me know how it goes
