Health is Wealth

There is an adage that says “your health is your wealth”
You may not be rich like Bill Gates, Carlos Slim Helu, Amancio Ortega, Warren Buffett,
Larry Ellison, Charles Koch, David Koch, Sheldon, Adelson, Christy Walton, Jim Walton and so on but you can actually get the best wealth in this world if you have a good health.

Good health will not just come to you. You most work it out to achieve it
In our world today many persons neglect there health, they don’t put any effort to have a healthy life. They are so careless that they do what they want; eat anything that comes their way.
It should not be so. If you practice healthy living, you may live longer than Methuselah.

How to live a health Life
There are many factors can contributes to your health. Some of these factors you cannot control
These factors include;
•   Genetic
•   Makeup
•   Ageing.

But you can make changes to your lifestyle and your health by taking steps toward healthy living; you can help reduce your risk of heart disease, cancer, stroke and other serious diseases
The biggest changes you can make to lead you to a healthier, happier and longer life are:
•   Quit Smoking
•   Be Physically Active Everyday
•   Eating Healthy Foods
•   Limit Alcohol.
•   healthy weight
•   healthy eating
•   healthy mind
•   Avoid high-risk s  sual behaviors
•   Avoid other high-risk behaviors

Put all of this to practice and you are on your way to longer and happier life.
It may be hard but I trust that you can do it
