Obviously there are certain things that are irreversible, not when it comes to weight lose issues. The rate at which obesity is growing in the US and in the world at large, kids and adult inclusive, calls for need that people should be mindful of what they eat and how they eat.

Looking just the way you are now in 10years, 20years or even more makes you a super model. Models aren't just people who take professional pictures for billboard and media advert only. But everybody is a model the difference is you are either admired or you aren't because of you shape and look. •   Liver and Gallbladder disease
•   Sleep apnea and breathing problems
•   Osteoarthritis (a breakdown of cartilage and bone within a joint)
•   Gynecological problems (abnormal periods, infertility)

•   Less physical activities like exercise
•   Eating of junk foods
•   Buying foods or snacks outside instead of preparing your food to work.

Doctors and research has shown that the food we eat contain calorie and these calorie is what determines the pounds/kg you add to your body. They recommend that men need 2500calorie daily while women 2000calorie otherwise it depends of the kind of activities you indulge in like work. When you take in more than the required amount, your body converts it to fat. Always remember at the back off your mind while you're working on your weight that 1000calorie is converted as 2.2pounds/1kg of fat.

Apple                   50cal.
A piece of meat    80cal.
Cup of garri         350cal.

•   Replace your bad eating habit like over indulgence of snacks with a good one like eating of fruits and vegetables. Though a few snacks once in week or two (2) isn't a bad idea as long as you can control it.
•   Drink lots of water when you wake up in the morning and also after meal.
•   Try to cook the food you'll eat at work instead of eating at a restaurant all the time.
