The four-seater plane owned by the US company Global Aviation that  flew from Nigeria to Gabon via Cameroon has not been found since it left Kano in northern Nigeria at 1800 hours on Monday the 23rd of June 2014. The Plane has been declared Missing according to Cameroon aviation sources on Tuesday.
It said the plane was last seen in Mongo, which is two hours flight from the Cameroonian economic capital.
Douala, Cameroon station said the plane with only the American pilot on board did not make it to their station as it was suppose to be the stopover of the plane where it was scheduled to arrive at 2300 hours
Rescue operations led by Cameroon’s civil aviation authorities have not yielded any positive results.
