Depression and sadness are like twin brothers, who never go apart.
Depression is a state of low mood and aversion to activity that can affect a person's thoughts, behavior, feelings and physical well-being. It may include feelings of sadness, anxiety, emptiness, hopelessness, worthlessness, guilt, irritability, or restlessness. (wikipedia)

The reasons why people get sad and depressed vary, but is often related to failure, death, bad relationships, financial problems, health problems, work stress etc.

Are you depressed? A lot of people would immediately answer NO to that question, some don't even know that they're depressed. For the few who are depressed and know it, tell us how do you handle that depression.

1. Take a nice and deep sleep?
2. Smoke or drink something strong?
3. Beat somebody up?

What works for you???
