"Your Breath Stinks" -
This is message (sub) Lagos State government is sending to its inhabitants, but in a coded & non-offensive way.
The State Government announced that it will attempt to create a New Guinness Book of World Record in Tooth Brushing by organizing over 300,000 people to simultaneously participate in the Lagos World record tooth brushing challenge with the theme "Don't Wait: Address your future now"

Can you imagine 300,000 people all brushing at the same time!!!
If invited to participate in this, the Ordinary Nigerian would asked to be paid FIRST!! therefore this event will feature Public school students from all over the state.

Why is Lagos State Government doing this?
Dr. Yewande Adeshina - Special Adviser Public Health - made the announcement at a world press conference yesterday to commemorate the World Oral Day.

The event will hold at exactly 12 noon for just One minute on December 5th at multiple locations.
India currently holds the world record in tooth brushing  with 177,003 participants in 2007.Can the Lagos State Government succeed? why not just make it a national event.
