Here are easy Ways to ensure maximum account security.

  • DO NOT CLICK ON LINKS IN EMAILS: "Hello, due to recent internet upgrade, you are required to reactivate your Account details. Please click here to Activate your account" <<< This is just an example of emails created by scammers intended to get important account information. They will use Bank Logo, Numbers, address, and seem Original. But Do not Click on the Links in the email.
  • Keep Your PIN Safe - Don't share it!: A client of mine casually wrote down his ATM PIN and gave me the card to withdraw funds. You might trust someone enough to share your PIN, but do you trust the Devil in them?
    What's stopping me from using the card details to order for an iPad online?
  • Keep Your Password & Token Device Safe: If you've activated your account for online transaction, you know the Online password and Token device is the only things stopping a scammer from remotely clearing your account. Don't use it as as Key-holder.
  • Using Public Internet Cafe: Although Online banking platforms protect against key-loggers and stuff, make sure no one is Looking at your keystrokes or password mouse clicks.
    The man who covers the ATM machine while entering his PIN is wise!
