Hello Uberekisi,

It is very easy to access the form when you correctly enter your force number and security code as required. However, if you have forgotten the security code, it will be texted to your phone when you click this forgot password link   - enter the requested information such as phone number, birth day etc.

This post about the Nigeria Police online personal Data form completed by men and women of the force in 2012 is still valid. But as an update, all those who previously completed their forms using force number and the Security code that was issued are directed to add an update to their information with the following.

  • Salary Account name, Number, account type and bank name.
  • Pension fund administrator, account Number

You do not need to fill a new form all over again to do this, simple edit your previous record.
To update the Salary and account number do the following:
1. Visit the Nigeria Police Online Personal Data 2013 Website  <<< Click that
2. On the Right side of the page, enter your AP/Force Number in the first column and security number in the second column. If you have forgotten your security number, please check the printed copy or retrieve your lost security number by clicking this link  and enter force number, birthday and phone number.

Need assistance with this? Do contact us or write a reply here.
You can email the Nigeria police web administrators for assistance
Good luck.
