The Christmas season is upon us once again. The religious holiday for Christains marks not only the birth of Jesus Christ but also the end and beginning of a new year.
For the working class in Nigeria planning to travel to see loved ones during this holiday season, you might want to take advantage of the following public holidays declared by the Federal government of Nigeria.

Thursday, 24th December, 2015  -   Eid-El-Maulud (Celebration of the birth of Prophet Muhammed.)
Friday, 25th December, 2015       -     Christmas Day (Celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ.)
Monday 28th December, 2015    -     Boxing Day celebration.
Friday 1st January, 2016                -      New Year Celebrations.

These December 2015 public holidays were announced on Tuesday by Nigeria's Minister of Interior - Retired Lt.-Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazau. He calls on Christains and Muslims to pray for Nigeria's Unity and wishes all Happy Celebrations.

We at Ngbuzz Forum also wish you happy Christmas.
