Requirements For Shell Graduate Programme.
Applicants who have either graduated from a recognized university or in the final year of their university are invited to apply.
In most countries, there is no specific grade but strong academic record will help. For technical role in certain countries, Shell will ask if you have already obtained or you’re studying towards a Master’s Degree or any equivalent qualification. While in other countries, technical roles are for Bachelor’s degree or it’s equivalent holders.
For commercial and corporate roles, bachelor’s degree or it’s equivalent is required.
