Jim Arrington from USA has spent decades sculpting his body. He is a retired sales professional and also a great-grandfather. He first entered the record book as the world’s oldest bodybuilder in 2015, at the age of 83. Now he is 90 ans he is still strong and winning the bodybuilding competitions.

He recently competed in an IFBB Professional League event in Reno, Nevada, and he came third in men’s over 70 category and first in the over 870 category.

He said that his dream is to be a superhero.

Man Braks GWRecords On Most Push-ups In An Hour.

A man does 3,378 push ups in an hour, and he broke the record on seventh attempt. After failing six times over the past six years, Pop Laurentiu from UK finally broke the record for the most push ups in one hour.

He takes the title from Daniel Scali from Australia who broke the record first with a total of 3,249. Averaging over 56 push ups per minute, Pop beats Daniel’s record by ober 100.
