  • During this season, your lips would get dry.
  • If you don’t apply cream after bathing, your skin will get dry and turn white.
  • If you don’t take care of your hair very well, it will turn white.

  4. Avoid going outdoors unnecessary. If you must go out and the sun is too hot, use an umbrella.
  5. Wear your sweaters and socks to stay war, of it is very cold such as in the mornings.
  6. If you have asthma or allergies, avoid common triggers like hay, dust, smoke, etc.
  7. If you have asthma, remember to use face mask if necessary especially when travelling, and take your inhaler with you.
