UNILAG New School Fees.

Returning Students: N140,250 for science. N100,750 for non science.
NewStudents: N176,320 for science. N126,000 for non science.

The University of Lagos popularly known as UNILAG is a public university in Lagos State, Nigeria. The university has greatly contributed the advancement of Nigeria by its legacy of knowledge and also producing top range graduates. Founded 1962 and has been in the business of impacting knowledge for over 5 decades.

So the Vice Chancellor of UNILAG held a meeting with the representatives f the Non-Teaching Staff Union on 20 July, 2023 by 4pm. And the meeting convened at the Vice Chancellor’s request, took place in the Senate Committee chamber of the University.

UNILAG: Will There Be Hostel Accommodation For Staff Children.

In the meeting, the issue of hostel accommodation for staff children was also raised, and the Vice Chancellor promised to work with the DSA to reserve a percentage of accommodations for staff children. Although, she couldn’t guarantee that all staff children would get hostel spaces.

UNILAG: Will The Staff Transportation Expenses Be Reduced.

The meeting also addressed the possibility of the reduction of staffs’ transportation expenses allowing remote work and schedule office attendance, with the specific details to be worked out by the HODS.

UNILAG: The Unions’ List Of Demand To The Management.

During the meeting, the Unions presented a list of demands to the management, including the issues related to the following;

Shift allowance.
Hazard allowance.
Implementation.
Staff medical screening.
Stagnation.
The status of ISL tutors.
The matter of Dr. Arinye, among others.
