Portfolios Assigned To The Confirmed Ministerial Nominees.

The president of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Wednesday the 16th of August 2023, assigned portfolios to the 45 confirmed ministerial nominees. So after President Tinubu revealed the list of the ministerial nominees, they were interviewed by the senate. And the confirmed ones has been assigned a portfolio.

And if you don’t know, portfolio in government means a minister’s area of responsibility as a cabinet member. The list includes the former Rivers State governor Nyesom Wike as Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and other ministers with their different portfolios.

VP. Shettima Says Tinubu Administration Remains Committed To Deepening Democracy In Nigeria.

The Vice President of Nigeria, Kashim Shettima has assured that Tinubu’s administration remains committed to deepening democracy in Nigeria, he also said that Nigerians must work together to nurture the national democracy. He said this on Tuesday 15 August, 2023 when he received some leaders of the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
